Advanced Wood Floor Inspection School
Who wants to be a nail sticking up in a room full of hammers?
From the beginning our course has had a reputation for being a demanding and challenging learning environment offering state of the art instruction concerning psychrometrics, wood science, wood anatomy, building construction technology, inspection tools and equipment, inspection techniques, report writing, and concrete moisture testing.
Our approach to the Inspection process is science based. We teach how the underlying scientific principles apply to the floor covering and wood floor industry. We provide knowledge based on well written authoritative textbooks written specifically for the wood science profession.
Manufacturers, distributors, Installation Contractors, and Inspectors from throughout the flooring industry have attended the Advanced Inspection Course. Classroom instruction occurs on Monday through Thursday with Friday reserved for testing. Testing offered:
- NWFACP Certified Wood Floor Inspectors’ Exam (fee payable to NWFACP)
- ITSFC (included in the Course fee) Certification exam.
